| Really, who is Dr. Terence Candell? He is a young man with a huge heart and a lot of guts, taking on the responsibility of educating our youth. "At Candell's College Preparatory Academy, Inc. (CCPA), my colleagues and I began small and have developed excellent teaching techniques and team-oriented strategies. In Berkeley/Oakland Unified School Districts, I was a Teacher and Acting Principal. As the teacher, my students received the highest test scores in the districts every year. As the Acting Principal, I was able to affect changes that brought about a better learning atmosphere. Prior to CCPA, I was with Heald Colleges. My students received numerous acknowledgements for their achievements. Immediately before Heald, I was the Director of Marketing for Menlo College (PSP) Program. I increased the enrollment by 400%. For three years, I was the Director of the CET Business College. My admissions team was number 1 in the country. Our placements were unparalleled, as well. Meanwhile, the curriculum, which I helped to develop, was state compliant and received a six-year accreditation from WASC. Now, I am the Director of Candell University!
